Which old Nickelodeon shows do you like? Have you ever seen the old Nick show "Hey Arnold"? It hasn't been on for ages, but we have a bunch of videos that were my brother's when he was my age and I've been watching them lately. "Hey Arnold" is really good and funny and pretty realistic, even though it's a cartoon and the main kid, Arnold, has a weird shaped head and his best friend Gerrold has super tall hair. The cool thing about the show is that it takes place in the city, and I live in the city too. Most shows you see on TV, cartoons or with actors, take place in the suburbs where everyone has houses and lawns and driveways and stuff. We live in an apartment in a brownstone (it's like a house attached to other houses all along the block) just like some of the kids in "Hey Arnold." They also do stuff like ride the subway and play in the park and go to the grocery store on the corner just like my friends and me.
Another old Nick show I like is "CatDog." It's just so funny that CatDog is half cat and half dog, and somehow they're brothers! In one episode they go to this store called Better Bottoms (seriously!) because Cat wants to get a different bottom half than Dog. It's totally weird and hilarious! This may sound strange but sometimes I watch the old Nick Jr. show "Little Bill" with my little sister on Noggin. For some reason, I've just always really loved that show. Maybe it's because Little Bill also lives in the city, but the other thing I like about it is that not much happens in each episode, but it feels like real life. There's not some kind of crazy adventure, but enough happens that it's not boring and you're like, "Hey, that happened to me when I was in kindergarten too." My little sister likes that show "Little Einsteins" on Disney, but that show bugs me so I try to get her to watch "Little Bill" instead.

I miss catdog and hey arnold, the throneberrys, and doug. I'm only seventeen but I miss the shows. They should bring some of the old shows back. Like rocket power...

the new nicktoons aren't half as good as the old ones! u should be showing aaah real monsters, hey arnold, doug, rocket power, rockos modern life, the wild thornberrys,the angry beavers, ren and stimpy, invader zim. i'm sure i forgot some but i just wish the old ones were back on. spongebob isn't bad.

I remember all the show like The angry beavers, Hey Arnold, Rocko's modern life, Busy town of Richard Scary and even gula gula island :) I am in high school and i still miss those tv shows! Please bring them back they were truly amazing shows. No offense but I think they are better than the ones that are on nick now?

i used to watch real monsters angry beavers hey arnold catdog ren and stimpy there well good why did they yake them of nick its not any good now but sponge bob fairly odd pearents and more are really good but nothing can beat the old shows

I remember watching Hey Arnold!, Catdog, The Angery Beavers, Rocko's Modern Life, and Rugrats. Those shows where great. Now they have all these annoying shows like The Mighty B and Wolverine. PLEASE BRING THOSE CARTOONS FROM THE 90's!!!!!!!!!!

Ever since I was 2 I watch Nick. I want to see Hey Arnold!, Angry Beaver. I miss 'em so much, I just want to go back in time and watch 'em again. But now new show coming on, but they aren't that good as the classics!

The show I miss most is Cousin Skeeter!!!! That, Kenan and Kel, Double Dare 2000, Doug, The Rugrats, Hey Arnold, The Wild Thornberrys, and Rocket Power were all great shows. The sad thing about Nickelodean cartoons today is that they run 2 or 3 seasons and then they are off the air. None of them (with the exception of Spongebob) have the depth or quality of the old Nick shows. Todays generation of kids will never know what its like to watch a GOOD cartoon. I wish there really was a network devoted to Classic Nick or if they could at least release some of the old series on DVD. =( the good ole days....

i loved(still love) angry beavers,catdog,action league now,rocko's modern life,and my favorite chalkzone,and kenan and kel they are all the best but i think there should be a day where all the old shows come on it could be BACK TIME NICK!!but tha is just my 11 year old mind.

I miss Ren and Stimpy, and Invader Zim, I know IZ isn't that old, but I'm 12, so... Anyway, I really miss Invader Zim especially. It's not on Nicktoons Network anymore, either. It makes me angry. Nick just keeps cancelling everything good.

I used to watch Nick all the time when I was little. I loved all of the shows that were on it. Now I don't watch it as much because it's always Sponge bob or fairly oddparents.

Hey Arnold! was my favorite show in the world when I was younger! Everyone I knew loved the show too. We had always wondered what had happened to the show all those years ago, why it ended, and so abruptly. The series didnt even truly have a "closing episode". it just left the fans wondering, when's Hey Arnold! coming back on? I have just recently discovered that Nick had been planning on making another movie called the "Jungle Movie" in reference to the last two Hey Arnold episodes called "the Journal". I wish they had made the movie, if not in theaters, at least on TV as a Nick Movie. Ughhhhh, if it is at all possible, Nick should definitely consider this option even after all these years. There is a whole generation that has not forgotten about this show and continue to enjoy it today. Please consider this!-#1 Hey Arnold! FanWhoot Whoot!

I liked [still like] Danny Phantom. I don't know why. I guess I could kind of relate to the characters, even though one was half-ghost. I also liked Hey Arnold, Angry Beavers and Chalkzone.
